US Navy Imperium Neptuni Regis Certificate Vietnam USS Chevalier 1956 Australia
IMPERIVM NEPTVNI REGIS
July 28th 1956, given to sailor Joe Downs for traveling through port in Brisbane Australia. Zephyr and Boreas in each top corner and mermaids, fish, whale, stingray, seahorse, lobster, and crab with seaweed lining the outer part of the certificate.  King Neptune being pulled by his horse-fish while he stands on a shell holding his trident and reins displayed at the top. Signed by Neptune Rex and Davey Jones.
Good condition- has good vibrant color, edges are torn and have rips, may have light discoloration and/ or fading, overall general wear due to age and use. See pictures for details.
