    The item is 5" long, or 8" with the strap or hanger included, and 9" if the tassel is included. It is 4.75" wide at the widest point. Made from some form of stiff stabilizing material covered by satin. One side says "90- McDonald's -91 and has the McDonald's Logo AND the Russian Flag, the other side has a large RED McDonald's Logo and the Russian flag and says "Thanks Moscow 1990-1991." That was when McDonald's opened their first restaurants in Russia.
