Front side pockets.  One back pocket. Waist front drawstring.  Elasticized back waist.
Measurements are lay flat, at front :  39" long...30.5" inseam...14.5" waist lay flat
The actual color is royal blue but not as bright as the photos.  Good condition.  No tears. No piling.
