Battery charged up and searches for a signal when powered up. I used this great little radio for several years until streaming became more practical and it was working fine when stored. The original power adapter failed so I had to use the auto charger which works fine with any 12-14vdc source.
Included is the desk top cradle, 12 volt power adapter, an external antenna a stereo cable jumper and the hiking near phone head set.
