This is a Vintage Reynolds Pre-worked Needlepoint Canvas that was made in Madeira.  It has scrolling yellow & dusty green flowers & small yellow flowers on brown and dark olive green stripes.   It is 17.5x20".  It looks like it's supposed to be for a tennis racket.   It is in new condition.    If you have any questions, please contact me before purchasing the item.
