    Description

    This is a Safe Conduct Pass, part of the Chieu Hoi effort. I see some on here claim to be new and some leave the condition blank. This one is not new or the condition unknown. It was dropped from a plane and ended up on the ground around Namo, North of Da Nang Vietnam in 1969, close to the Namo Bridge. I didn't see it dropped from the plane probably (I did see some). I did pick it up off the ground. Probably not too many can honestly say that. Probably none of these in Vietnam and few here that were actually dropped over the skies of Vietnam.
