You don't see many of these "Notes" offered for sale.
they were sold for a nickel apiece and were, basically,
the Department of State propaganda for the war.
I don't think that many of them have survived.
They are interesting reads.

As far as I know, there was never a number 8.
The bonus Pledge of Honolulu is a reprint, but
also kind of scarce.
