For your consideration is This Sirius Audiovox Satellite Radio.  The satellite radio has been tested and it was found to be in good working condition.  When testing this radio, I hooked it up in my car through the AUX port.  I did not attempt to test the FM transceiver.  The sound was clear with a strong signal.  The buttons and dial were responsive and functioned properly.
This radio also has a lifetime subscription.
Please do not attempt to transfer the lifetime subscription to another radio.  Sirius will discontinue the subscription.  This radio has over a hundred stations to choose from.  The radio does have some cosmetic issues, especially to the screen (please see pictures).  This is not too noticeable when the radio is on.
