Condition: Lab surplus. Most parts appear new, but there is a dirty paper towel in the box, and some parts are opened. To test the radio, I unsealed the antenna, Aux Cable, and power cable, and attached it to my car. It powers on, and prompts the user to register, but I did no further testing. It looks like there may be a necessary adapter for the antenna connection. Guaranteed to arrive in new working condition, but some accessories may be missing or incomplete.
