Used Condition. Power Cord is broken as pictured. I included it to make it easier to find another matching replacement with the same voltage. I cannot turn it on due to broken power cord but it was working when I first put it in storage. There is still velcro left on the dock you can use any matching velcro to attach it to your vehicle.
