Item Description:
Sirius XM Compact Sound System w/ Onyx (no SX) Radio Unit Antenna Remote & AC. Two issues to take note of with this unit are the following:
1) Please take notice that this unit does not come with an active subscription, but for some (currently indeterminate) reason it is currently receiving ONLY 2 channels which are 1 & 59. 59 is "No Shoes Radio", in addition to the standard baseline 001 channel that usually plays even w/o an sx.
2)The Onyx head unit did not come with the speaker base, and so in my experience none of the 4 different radio adapters fit the Onyx. However, and as you can see; one can still use the Onyx without any fit adapters at the connection.
Aside from that - it works great, and the remote control is totally compatible with the included radio. A new battery was just installed in the remote (CR 2032).
Shipping: “next business day” shipping can mean that if you order something on a Friday; there is a chance we may not ship it until Monday. There is also a really good chance we may ship it on Saturday via USPS ONLY especially if it is a smaller item under 8"x6"x4".
If applicable; please be sure to review the various shipping options to check for the best combo of pricing / delivery time to suit your desires.
I reserve the right to choose the optimal means of transport as long as the item will safely arrive to you in the stated time. I.e. - you may pay for FedEx, and I may instead use UPS or USPS flat rate should it seem a prudent choice situationally
