Sirius XM radio Vehicle Kit SXPL1V1 Onyx Plus - New Open Box see details!.
This is NEW old dealer stock
The box has a lot of shelf wear but the contents are still factory sealed with the exception of the power supply, power dock and the unit.
I opened them today in order to make sure the unit powered on which it did.
The antenna brackets etc are still sealed in their bags.
The actual XM Unit still has the plastic seal over the screen
I am very concerned about keeping my excellent EBAY rating and being fair to all my bidders/buyers.
You have 3 days from receipt of your item to inform me of any issues.
If the item is not as described, or damaged.
I will work something out that we can mutually agree is a fair solution, including a full refund if warranted.
Depending on the issue I may request you cover the shipping cost back to me. (for a full refund)
If you do not receive your item I always get insurance via UPS and I will start a UPS investigation.
Once UPS finishes the investigation, I will refund all of your money if the package is deemed permanently lost.
I have only had to give this type of refund once, and I reimbursed the buyer before UPS reimbursed me.
