We are not the previous owners of this kit. Some of the pieces appear to be brand new and never used, while other pieces show signs of use. We plugged the unit in, and it powered on and seems to function fine. However, we did not test the unit with the provided battery, so we cannot confirm if the battery is in good condition. The packaging box shows some wear.  Kit comes with all items shown.
