This auction is for the pictured copy of the 1962 Rufus Gardner book on the infamous Courthouse Tragedy of the Allen Family in Hillsville, VA.  There is some damage to the binding and the front inside page from rust from the staples used in the book.  The last section has came loose but, all pages are accounted for and included.  Probably wouldn't take much to repair it.  It looks like the only pages damaged were the very front inside two.
