ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of 280 years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Returns
We want you to be happy with the items you buy, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges).
All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging. To return an item, simply contact us for a return authorization. Any returns received without a return authorization will be refused and shipped back at the senders expense. Any returns of orders that originally received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping your returns back via traceable, insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx Ground.
All returns will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt.
